Dr. Leslie J. Green, MD

If you like waiting over an hour to two hours to be seen then this is the right doctor for you! Horrible bedside manner! The office staff is rude, if you even try calling you can't get a person- you have to leave a message! Even if it's an emergency-post surgery and hope you get a call back. Words can't express how rude this doctor is! The equipment in this office is not sterile either. I watched the staff but used items right back into its box not cleaned. Upon speaking with one of the office staff members about how I was told to come right in to be seen, she didn't want to listen to what I had and closed the window and put up this sign!

everytime we come here, the wait time is so long (at least 1-2hrs) so be prepared - come in with a full stomach or pack some snacks in your bag. As far as the staff, they are all nice. Ive met Dr Green twice. She is straightforward and nice, kind to my daughter.

Waited two hours with my son who was under 1 at the time to be seen. The doctor was not nice with my son, no patience at all and was rude to me. She recommended a follow up appointment but I was not going back. Followed up with someone else. Would stay away from this office unless you want an attitude and/or wait hours to be seen.

My special needs son and I both use this office. I've Never had a truly bad experience, and the nurses, techs and staff have always been nice and understanding with him and myself. I think the only problems I have is mostly due to our post covid world, people expectations that doctor 's staff jump when they snap their fingers. Dr Green might be a little short in some ways, but I chalk allot of that up too she's very busy, probably over booked in most cases... But, she has 43+ years in business. Don't go that long without doing something right. The nurses are nice, with one exception. She was a bit extra. Otherwise I think it's just like any other doctor or eye doctor office. They are busy and are trying!

Today we waited almost two hours for Dr. Leslie Green for an appointment booked and anticipated for six weeks. The indifferent "staff" parked my 96-year-old mother and me in a room and left us there for over 90 minutes. When I expressed my concern for the amount of time we'd been waiting, Dr. Green's response was haughty, narcissistic, and callous. Disrespect takes many forms, and this doctor and practice need to revisit and recalibrate their orientation to who they serve and how they do it.

Had cataract surgery recently with Dr. Leslie Green. The office staff is kind and professional. Dr. Green spent a great deal of time going over the surgery, the various implants available and answered all my questions. The surgical coordinator was very efficient and responsive to all my needs. I was very nervous the day of surgery but Dr. Green talked me through it and kept me calm. I highly recommend this practice and this doctor.

This is the absolute worst eye doctor office! It should be shut down for its lack of professionalism. I called and asked if they see children, they said yes, and if they actually work with children then they should be ashamed. My 4 year old daughter was treated roughly, spoken down to, yelled at, I was so disrespected that we walked out of the middle of the exam! The technician who brought us in never introduced herself and didn't lead us into a room- we were expected to find it ourselves. During the measurement test she repeatedly yelled at my child to sit still and focus, and without giving any support or explanation. No people skills and certainly no idea how to speak to a child. Then doing vision tests she asked questions not geared for a child age 4 like looking at 4 images "which one looks weird" instead of "which one doesn't belong" or "doesn't match" the more confused my daughter got the more frustrated the tech got and actually thru her hands up in the air and walked out! Then the doctor came in arms crossed saying "what's the problem in here" instead of introducing herself to me and more important to my daughter she didn't even talk to my daughter! She didn't even shut the door I had to tell her to to protect my daughters privacy. Then she told me daughter "there is so much wrong with you more then -- (a disorder we were checking for) at which point I had enough ! What doctor talks like that? And to a child?! Then she was pushing for dilating and insisting I consent and was dismissive and hostile when I explained I have shared decisions making with my child's father and he is against this as was I. She yelled at me for him not being present. It was disgusting. Unprofessional, dehumanizing, condescending and completely inappropriate way to treat me and my child. I will be contacting the ethical board for eye doctors and lisc board to report this clear unethical behavior. I do not recommend this doctor in fact I support thier shut down. Disgusting.

I can't say enough about Dr. Green and her team. My 4-year-old was entertained, respected and safely seen. Very happy. Five stars.
