I see so many negative comments about the long wait times. Yes!! It's true but the doctors give you the same courtesy they do their other patients. Would you like it if you were in the chair and the doctor realized you the patient had something wrong with your eye that needed his or her attention? Yes!! That puts every appointment behind schedule. I was one of those patients and I'm glad the doctor didn't just say come back in two weeks because I could have lost my eyesight but instead the doctor was trying to save it and the doctor did. I'm glad I didn't have to go to the hospital for the emergency procedure

OK, I had to change my review to one All I can say is extortion!!!! I don't even know why I am giving this two stars, but I think I'm giving it the extra star because of the doctor. She's OK. Now they are doing something new. You have to pay your $75 for the refraction or they will not give you your prescription. How the hell can you hold a patient's prescription? What if people don't have the money? That is a lot of money to pay upfront, especially around the holidays. I am so pissed off right now.. They wouldn't even let me pay it when I got paid. I'm sorry that I did this. I put it on and already maxed out credit card. I don't even know how it went through. UPDATE : now that I paid them $75 they are billing me for another $75. Claiming that Medicare sent me a check and my secondary insurance won't pay. I told the woman I'll give her $10 a month because I just don't have the money. I guess they need the money more than I do. I don't even have any more words

Simple eye exam took almost two hours. The exams themselves took five minutes and the rest of the time was waiting, waiting, waiting. Prepare to block out your morning or afternoon if you want to go here. Had to cancel my other commitments as time dragged on there. Messed up my day. Poorly managed.

Excellent, thorough visit, including personable and knowledgeable staff, an excellent visit with the ophthalmologist, Dr Mirabella, and easy process filling the eyeglass prescription with the in-house oculist, Nick. I will continue my eye care in the offices of Eye Physicians of Orange County.

I'm giving this place two stars because the doctor was the only person that was respectful and felt like she liked her job. The assistants in the other hand , terrible Attitude and annoyed.

I brought my grandma to see Dr. Burnstein and was very happy! He was extremely kind and efficient. My grandma was happy with her care and will be returning!

They have good doctors but the wait is horrible! Every appointment I had with Dr Bernstein I waited 2 plus hours for him to see me. So unfair! I left the last time, 2 hours sat there and still no doctor, had to leave because I had another appointment. Should learn how to schedule appointments every single patient was upset even the disabled sitting in wheelchairs. So very sad

Had a great experience with Dr. Cwynar along with the staff. I injured my eye, Dr. Cwynar took care of me & followed me until my treatment was completed. Everyone was very polite and professional.
