I've had a great experience with this ophthalmology office at both locations--Bell Blvd in Bayside and Northern Blvd in Great Neck. Every visit has been consistently positive. The receptionists and staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, which immediately puts you at ease.

Prior to this visit, I haven't gone to an eye doctor in six years. I had my visit and saw Dr. Inessa Jacob. All my anxiety over seeing an eye doctor vanished. She was super kind, super chill and answered questions that I normally wouldn't ask because I knew other doctors would judge or simply care. I would recommend anyone-you don't feel rushed, or judged.
