Great Neck Opticians

I have been going to great neck opticians for several years. I never had a bad thing to say about them until now. They are ridiculously expensive for no brand name frames with your prescription. They are so nasty to my son and I they tell my to control my son who is learning disabled. They are not caring at all that I'm a single mother and can only pay when I have the ability to. Meanwhile the owner walks in with Prada, monclear, Burberry clothing everyday.. when he's in the business of "helping" people and he's just so rude and obnoxious. I have texts from him and his staff that I will post on here bc they are truly disgusting. I don't recommend this store to anyone!

Been going here for a few years and always have a good experience. Staff is very friendly, Sabrina at the front is awesome. Drs are very nice & exams are thorough. Lots of frame options to choose and they help select the best option for you I had an issue with the frames I originally choose and Tony (owner) tried numerous times to adjust them and eventually replaced them fully since I wasn't happy with them. They really went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure I was satisfied, never making me feel uncomfortable for the numerous times I went back. Very positive experience overall

Couldn't be happier with the glasses I ordered - a pair of progressives and one for distance. Tony is very friendly and helpful with picking out frames. Communication could be improved, as I had to call to find out when my glasses were ready. Highly recommend!

I've had a wonderful experience with Great Neck Opticians over the past year. In that time, I've purchased five pairs of glasses: two for myself, two for my son, and one for my daughter. The service has been consistently excellent. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth. Sabrina, the receptionist at the front, is always so friendly and welcoming. She has such a positive and calming energy, and my kids absolutely love her. The customer service overall is top notch. The team is kind, efficient, and truly family oriented. Tony, in particular, has been amazing. Not only does he offer fair and reasonable pricing, but he has also gone above and beyond in repairing my son's glasses multiple times without hesitation. He is patient, knowledgeable, and always ensures we leave satisfied. Another thing I appreciate is how fast their turnaround is. After my most recent eye exam, I had my new frames ready within a week. It is rare to find a place that combines quality, speed, and genuine care, but Great Neck Opticians does just that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable eye care and excellent service.

Wonderful, friendly staff. I've been a patient for several years and have brought my son here to get examined and fitted for glasses. Most recently Tony helped adjust my glasses without any wait and free of cost. He was a true gem and saved me as I was getting ready to go in a business trip. Great service and quality doctors.

Amazing experience getting new glasses here. Super quick and thorough, everyone from the front desk to the doctor was absolutely amazing. Tony was especially helpful when choosing out frames within my budget. Very professional and kind!

Best place in the world!! My son's favorite frames broke and we walked right in. Tony took the lenses out and found the perfect new frames for my son!!! It was the best experience ever. He is also rushing a new pair for him as well!

I stopped by this optical store because one of the arms of my glasses had come loose. One of the ladies there was especially kind !! She fixed it for me on the spot and completely free of charge. She was incredibly sweet, professional, and helpful. It's rare to find this kind of honesty and customer care nowadays, even for a small repair like this. I truly appreciated it and will definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!
