I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The ladies are knowledgeable and personable. I spoke directly with Kim, she was so sweet. She helped me with my purchase and answered all my questions, patiently. These ladies were kind and fun. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days, I certainly appreciate it when I experience it! I will continue to give this location my business and tell others, because of these amazing employees.

I won't lie, I read the reviews after I made my appointment and was feeling pretty nervous. I dunno what's got everyone else upset--some of these reviews are HARSH!--but I had a delightful time here. The staff were so kind, informative, and helpful. I never felt pressured to buy more expensive options or that they were trying to upsell me (I don't have insurance, so cost was important for me). The optometrist was amazing--he was so kind, thorough, explained things to me in an accessible but not infantilizing way. I will absolutely be coming again!

Stopped coming here in 2019 as they could just never get things right. Decided to give this place a try again as they were the only ones in Greece who could get me in for an eye exam sooner than a month out. I came for my eye exam appointment and waited between 30-40 minutes to be seen. I told the the dr my prescription from my contact boxes but since I didn't have the boxes with me and I hadn't been seen there in years she found my prescription "hard to believe your eyes changed so much". After the exam, I left with a trial pair of contacts. After two days of wear I felt as if I couldn't see as clearly as I did before this trial pair of contacts. So I called and asked what prescription I was given, the prescription I was given was less than what I was originally wearing when I walked in a few days before. So back up for my second trip to the store for a new trial pair of contacts with the correct prescription. After a few days a wear I liked the prescription and called to have my prescription finalized. I was told they could not email the finalized prescription to me and I could come in and pick it up or have it mailed to me. So, I went in for a third time, to pick up the finalized prescription. My fault for not verifying before I got home, but once I was home I realized the prescription from the first, and wrong, trial contacts was on the paper. I called to have this changed and was told it wouldn't be done until "maybe" the next day. I told the associate that this was unacceptable and explained the situation to which she had no sympathy. I asked to speak with the manager and was put on hold for 15 minutes. When the assistant manager came on the phone she told me the Dr was able to update the prescription and I could come in and pick it up. I asked what would have happened if I didn't catch this error and I had spent money to order my contacts? All she could say was the error was fixed. Aggravated, I took my FOURTH trip to the store. No apologies, just a "here you go" from the associate and a glare assistant manager who was sitting next to her. "America's best" is more like America's WORST. I will not recommend this store to anyone and will strongly discourage anyone who plans to give them their business. Thanks for the hassle and headache.

Had an amazing experience from the moment I walked in the door. Got 3 pairs of glasses. Sasha went above and beyond to help me find frames that worked best for my face and my liking. Sasha was the best part of the experience

The main reason for this rating is because of DR. ROBERT FISCHETTO. He did the impossible to tune me a perfect prescription that no other eye doctor can. He took his time to listen to my reasons and understand my situation of why I need my prescription to allow me to do what I need to do in my daily life. As a software engineer, computer screen time is critical to me, and after my cataract surgery, my eyesight is no longer the same, causing me to have two prescriptions for two different usages. I am so glad that Dr. Robert was able to help me; he put himself into my shoes and understood what I need and why they are important to me. Not many doctors do this nowadays, but not Dr. Robert. I will not see other eye doctors as long as I can see Dr. Robert whenever I need him. The second reason is the friendliness of the staff: the person who sold me the glasses, the person who checked me in, and the person who checked me out.

I had an appointment at 320. I show up at 3 20 minutes early to be told the doctors are running a hour behind because the went to lunch late. I took time off from work to come. They could have called and said hey were running behind but there was nothing. Last time I went there I was in the waiting room for 2 hours. I will not go back

Staff was incredibly kind to me when helping pick out frames and discussing lenses. Far better than Visionworks down the road. Waiting on glasses right now and will update accordingly. :)

Drove an hour to get to my appointment in a snowstorm.Was 10 minutes late within their guidelines, they made me wait another ten minutes to tell me that they wouldn't see me because they had already taken the next patient.
