I make frequent deliveries to a shared space behind the building and they constantly leave their personal vehicles in a no parking zone unattended. I was making yet another delivery while standing in the back waiting for my customer to open the door and they had the audacity to give me dirty looks and then call security. "Do as I say, not as I do." They also smoke in their back room which is a shared space with a health club. Poor decisions, poor etiquette, horrible management.
Security and I had a good laugh. 5 stars for wegmans security, 0 stars for Pearle Visions manager

Great selection. only complaint is Hispanic lady at front is not keeping up. She watches TikTok videos at the front desk with the volume up, she has headphones in and i literally watched her let the phone ring for 3 minutes before she even bothered to pick it up. If you cant multitask you should not work a front desk. I only came to browse but she seemed to know more about "hot guys" and bars than she did eyewear and insurance

We'll never know if I like their service, because they closed three hours early "due to the weather" according to the sign, and I wasted time driving there due to needing an urgent glasses repair. Roads weren't perfect but they were decent enough for a snowy day, and I thought even in plazas stores are required to stay open their posted hours unless it's a TRUE emergency. Ended up going to the mall.

The kind people at the front end went above and beyond to find my insurance in the system when it did not come up at first. They were so nice and never once made me feel badly. They never rushed me when I was picking out frames and let me know ahead of time what my insurance covered. They have a great selection too. I could not be more satisfied.

Been going here for a few years, everyone here is great.
Seems like the staff have a great working relationship - the atmosphere is light and you can tell they work well together.
Dr Tran works FAST! There have been appointments where he greeted me at the front counter and took me all the way through the appointment himself. None of the BS where they check you in and then have you wait alone in the exam room for the doctor. Dr Tran is very attentive and communicates well when I ask questions, and he seems to be happy to discuss his field. My wife tried this place and didn't like how fast he went, and I get that. It may feel like he's rushing you through the appointment at times, but I really like the fast pace. When I've had concerns and questions, he does take the time to fully address them.
On occasion, the staff have gone above and beyond to help me out. Appreciate everyone at this location! Thank you!
