I was seen in riverhead on 2/21/24 for a 2:40 appt ans didnt leave until 430! I have never had a more unprofessional eye exam given by a staff member. She was getting annoyed bc every choice was blurry , obviously she isn't experienced enough to be preforming an eye exam nor has the patience or personalty. I asked Dr Liu to repeat it as i wasn't comfortable with her results. This girl I dont know her name also put numbing drops in my eyes and stuck an instrument in my eye to measure pressure with absolutely no warning or ease. I waited an addition 45 -60 mins to actually see the Dr . Dr Lui was very nice and professional but I will not be returning. There are many other places that I would try
to have a better experience.
