Dr. Bickoff is very friendly and personable. He is efficient, puts you at ease and explains every part of the exam as he goes along. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. The woman who helped me today, came to assist me, although I said I didn't need help, but she saw my unease. With her assistance I was able to pick a pair of glasses in under 5 minutes. She masked-up when she had to measure me, explaining she had to get close and she may be coming down with something. Their location is less than 2mi from my home, plenty of parking and well situated between convenient local commercial establishments. I was able to pick up fresh vegetables, cash in my scratch-offs and contemplate if I wanted a calzone for lunch as well as determine if I needed more "spirits" for the weekend.
