The Hauppague site was very clean and nice atmosphere. There was no wait to be seen. The staff was all very friendly and professional. Dr. Saha was Amazing! He explained step by step what to expect and addressed all of my concerns. I left assured that there was a workable solution and with a personal recommendation for a pediatric surgeon to follow up with. All in all I was extremely satisfied with my visit for my 8 year old son.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff was incredibly friendly, the doctor was amazing, and the whole visit was quick and efficient. The office was clean and comfortable. Such a great experience!

Dr. Vivian and staff were all very kind and helpful. I came in for contacts, I left with contacts, I was happy. It is a very busy office but moves steadily my appointment was at 10:45 I was in my car by 12:20 that's expected overall I had a great experience.

The dr here wasn't able to help me, and referred me to a cornea specialist, but instead of stopping the visit and letting the specialist take over, he greedily ran the visit through my insurance, which meant that I nearly wasn't able to see the cornea specialist that same day. This is because two visits to sight MD is not allowed for insurance reasons. I offered to pay out of pocket at the 2nd visit later that day, but this was not allowed either. It put me in a bind when I needed care urgently and he created extra stress because he did not follow proper etiquette and insurance protocol. Also he prescribed me drops that I didn't need, further wasting my money.

Avoid when possible. This place is a factory, doctor had me watch a video to explain my diagnosis instead of doing it himself. Rushed through all of my questions and didn't seem to care at all. My prescription was submitted incorrectly to the pharmacy, causing my insurance to reject the initial claim, causing unnecessary delays. Then I come back for a follow-up appointment 2 weeks later at an inconvenient time and they dont even have my appointment in the system, say they'll fit me in but with a room full of patients, it's clear I'll have to wait for an unreasonable amount of time. My time costs money. If I canceled the appointment last minute or had to make a change, they'd charge me. Now it's the other way around and all I get is an obligatory insincere apology

Waste of time and I'm disgusted by this establishment. Came here for my eye exam because I needed an updated prescription because I'm due for new glasses and was told it's $50 for my OWN prescription. It's laughable truly. Never in my life have I ever heard such blasphemy in my life. Will be reporting <3 such a shame especially at this time such disgusting doctors just reach out to scam. No morals whatsoever. Alongside with that every worker I have encountered here was rude. They were rude over the phone so I had to come in person to make my appointment and they were all just as rude at the desk along with the girl who brought me in. Seriously what is wrong with that building and everyone inside of it. I have no idea how this place has as many good reviews as it does because it's the biggest joke. Good riddance to anyone who wastes their time for these fools. Would've also loved the notice prior to my appointment that they illegally charge for your own prescription. I'd say where they belong but I'm sure they know.
