My wife had her eye exam here. That part was put thru our primary insurance. Correct ! The frames and lenses should have been put thru our Eye Med insurance which it was not clearly. Everything was put thru our primary insurance. The discount for the lenses and frames is significantly different thru Eye Med. They refused to call and fix the problem saying they do not have time to do that. Sarah is rude to say the least ! How anyone can sit in a position such as that having to deal and talk to people all day long with no people skills at all should be replaced. In the end you lose ! We will be going elsewhere with our business and no referrals to yours.

This place is always so nice and my daughter tends to be rough with her glasses lol. Being on a tight budget Sarah and the Doc helped us out and was able to help us every time! Thank you guys for being awesome! I also want to say that even with Medicaid they have a great selection of glasses :)

So helpful and accommodating! I've never had a pair of glasses fit me so well or been treated so kindly. Sarah is just lovely and knowledgeable when it came to all of my questions. Great job!

Not with Jeffery but with Sarah as she was rude because I only wanted to look at frames as I only have a short window between my grandson school schedule so basically ordered me out our family has purchased many pairs of glasses so you losing thousands of future glasses this is my account not Floyd's Joyce Schlosser

First time in 20 years that I chose a LOCAL business instead of "The Club" and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Weissman and his team take their time and never rush. It's the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what I've been used to. Not to mention that I can see better with his prescription than any I've received in the last 20 years. They are GREAT!

I unfortunately wanted to reschedule my 530 PM appointment because it's going to be snowing all day and very cold tonight. I have a pretty long drive home and I don't want to risk driving on icy roads in the dark after having my pupils dilated. The receptionist was rude and told me I was wrong about the weather and said they would still be charging me the co pay. I will not be returning to this establishment. Very disappointing.

Unprofessional, rude, underqualified surgeon. If you value your body or time, avoid at all costs. Staff is equally incompetent.

Best private eye doctor, straight forward, great staff!! Would recommend!!
