Very nice selection of frames , friendly staff, and experienced doctors. More personalized service as opposed to someplace like Walmart. Priced slightly higher, though.

My kids and have been going here for years. We have never had a bad experience now that my husband has diabetes he goes there now and he was very satisfied with the care . Thank you herkimer eye care for all you do.

I wanted to say what a great experience I've had in this office over the last couple of years that I've been coming here. They have a fantastic staff that are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My doctor is Dr. Mathew Wadas, he is extremely friendly knowledgeable and professional He knows exactly what he's doing and will do all the tests to figure out any problems that you have. I've been extremely satisfied coming here and glad I made the move. I've never had a single issue with them taking my insurance and figuring out what exactly I needed definitely a five-star review from me.

Excellent staff and doctors very attentive to myself

I'd like to rebut Heather's review regarding Karly. She has been an outgoing and dedicated employee in the office, and has continued to help many friends, coworkers, family members and the general public. For you to have a negative experience in dealing with her, maybe a respectful conversation regarding your concerns, rather then entitled demands would have most likely resulted in a positive outcome. Respect given is respect earned, and I'm sure this isn't the first nor last negative Google post on your part.

I have been taking my children and myself for at least 8 years at this eye clinic! Sadly I am removing them and myself because every time we are there at front desk her name is Carly and she always addresses people with a chip on her shoulder! She is rude, unprofessional attitude and it's enough to remove our family from a toxic environment! Sadly we loved this eye doctor but not enough to deal with stress! Hopefully he resolved it before it ruins his name!

Dr was very nice and helpful. Explained everything and even called me by my nickname! Like him a lot! However, the woman staff should be nice and look enthused to work there.

My first time there was amazing. The Dr I saw was also amazing. But the women working there should smile and act like they like their job and b more friendly stop looking sour.
