I had another great experience at Wadas Eye Group! From start to finish, the staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Matt was fantastic -- very thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood my eye health and prescription. Great experience!!

After my doctor retired, my records were sent to Wadas Eye Group. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. I was pleasantly pleased with Dr Visalli. He is professional, thorough and personable. I'm grateful to have been placed in his care. Darlene Baratier (patient)

Wonderful experience from my first inquiry to set up an appointment through my first exam and ordering a set of glasses. Alyssa was very polite and professional, gladly answering all of my questions and ensuring I understood my insurance and coverage. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the frames I purchased, and helped me try on a variety of shapes/sizes to get the perfect fit. Layla was also helpful and provided reassurance for my newly established need for glasses. Last but certainly not least- Dr. Ben! He was so incredible and made sure I understood every step of the process, what and why each test was performed, and talked to me on my level of understanding. I highly recommend this office location for your eye care needs!

The Wadas eye group is a wonderful place for any eye care. From the reception at the front desk to the Dr's examining your eyes, they are thorough and make sure you understand their assessment.

All the staff at the office are friendly and welcoming. Doctor Ben was personable and addressed my concerns. I didn't feel rushed In any way. The staff was very helpful when choosing my new glasses.

Dr.Matt is great. Genuine concern for his patients. The front office staff is great, always willing to help. I would recommend the Herkimer office for 5 stars!! You are not just another patient here. They treat you like family.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Ben, as the receptionist called him. The staff is professional and welcoming, answering all my questions and concerns. They even got me in the same day! I would highly recommend them.

I love Dr Ben he is the kindest most caring and very intelligent Dr I feel so well cared for and I feel so confident under his care. Recently I had a scary experience which caused vision problems and he made such a great diagnosis and put my mind as ease. That is a gift. He has a gift with compassion and skill.
