Came in with a prescription which came with basic frames for free she pulled out what I can choose from and they where all kids frame they were extremely small and she said even said a hand full was kids but they were all kids very colorful and she made it seem like I had to choose or pay out of pocket for adult size frames instead of saying if you want to wait we will have more frames in soon I had to ask would they get more frames and she said yes in the new year and the new year is tomorrow so I felt she wasn't very helpful. Very disappointed

So my first experience with Cohens I'd rate a 4 ; the second experience this past Sunday a 2 rating so I'll average it as a 3 star. So good news first the staff are polite, professional, and they try - my experience is probably related to something out of the control of the local staff and manager - apparently defects in the product - granted my bad not realizing the warranty is only for a year for the lenses - again not the local store fault - so it's been about two years and the lenses are cracking and seems to me low quality either the lens itself or how it was seated in the frame - the store did offer apology and not sure how this happened but they're limited as well since this is due to whatever lab or manufacturing vendor was used - the store obviously ships the work out - so they did offer if I wanted to purchase a new set of lens - I politely declined no way I'll toss dice on this again only to have this occur after the warranty expired. So honestly if this didn't happen the rating would have been a 4 star - the office is clean with modern equipment and friendly staff. Maybe was just my luck of the draw - so I'll give a 3 star to average it out. Anyway here is the Pic of the lenses - multiple cracks appearing along the top. My recommendation is just be careful and hope this doesn't happen. Outside of this the service was great.

Great doctors and lab technicians.... However, the woman working the counters needs to be helpful and not ignore customers and walking away as they are asking for help. Also I did not appreciate them scheduling me and everyone else with a 45 minute wait time!!! Have they ever heard of COVID??!!? When I picked up my glasses, no one checked to see if they need any adjustments. Definitely not going back!

I had my eye test done, and the process and assistance were great. It was easy, and a lady helped me with registration. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service. The price was reasonable. Thank you to the Cohen team for following up.

Always satisfied when walking out the door! The girls at the front desk are always so friendly and welcoming. I'm such a picky person when it comes to getting new glasses, and the girls at the desk & behind the counter of glasses are always so patient and helpful towards me. Couldn't ask for a better place to go!!

They beat you over the head. They bait and switch you with prices and the glorified secretaries think they own the place. No intention on customer retention. Customer service stinks. This place is going down like the rest of the mall. Sorry but I had to state the truth. I went there for years; until my wife confirmed the inevitable. We're never coming back here. I also rarely post reviews

Amazing stuff very professional and welcoming. Easy to make an appointment, the doctor is wonderful and very knowledgeable he explains everything and takes his time, the technician explained everything. I had an amazing experience I definitely recommend coming here. Doctor also speaks Spanish which is a plus. They also have a lot of great prices and a good selection of glasses. Will be coming back again!!
