I had a great experience at Malik Eye Care. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very efficient from the moment I walked in. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire exam.
The office is clean, well-organized, and runs on schedule, which I really appreciated. They also have a nice selection of frames and helped me choose the perfect pair without any pressure.
I highly recommend Malik Eye Care to anyone looking for quality eye care and friendly service!

These people have no clue what they doing. Wasted all my time, 3 useless doctor's visit and co-pays. Now after two months they refuse to do procedure on my eye.. don't WASTE YOUR MONEY. Real physician is never there. NPs are clueless.
I insist, If you have good insurance, please don't waste your time and money here.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My father went here when he could barely walk and they kept him waiting outside the building saying he was early for his appointment. The clinic was not full. He could have easily been given a seat but they kept this man standing outside. Sick people who mistreat patients should not be in the business of healthcare. I am appalled that there are so many negative reviews here and yet there is no change in behavior.

I have been coming here for many years. And their doctors are usually very knowledgeable and comprehensive. But they come and go. This yr i met Dr. Atkinson he has been treating my eye dry condition- Dr. Atkinson is not only professional, knowledgeable but he truly goes above and beyond - i have liked the other Drs but he truly has exceeded my expectations! He has listened to my concerns and has helped me find a treatment that works for me and with my insurance. Would def recommend Malik - specially Dr. Atkinson!

I had a appointment @ 4 pm yesterday. Due to a car problem I got stuck out of state, When I realize my car was not going to be ready on time I called and explained my situation. Lady I spoke with was nice and understood the issue and suggested I should call and make a new appointment.
Today I received a $50.00 invoice via email for a no show fee!!
I would not trust my eyes to doctors who are trying to make extra buck from misfortunes of their patients.
NEVER AGAIN I WOULD GO TO ANY OF THEIR OFFICES.....

I was actually in the waiting room at the same time, and your description is nothing like what I saw. The staff was doing their jobs, and the front desk was dealing with several people at once -- including you. From what I witnessed, they were patient, and the "rudeness" seemed to come from the misunderstanding, not from them.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but your review really exaggerates what happened. My experience in that same moment was completely different: the office was clean, the staff was respectful, and they handled things professionally.
Just wanted to share a view from someone who was actually there too.

While Dr. Malik performed a great surgery with success for my eyesight. The office is terrible. My first follow up I had to wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment. 45 minutes for the next. Today I waited 45 minutes and left. My appointment was at 9:30am! At 10:15am there were still 3 patients ahead of me. I would be out of business if I did this. There are so many eye doctors that run a much tighter ship, go somewhere else.

Horrible experience, horrible girl working on front desk. This is my second time here, I personally would never come back for myself due to the horrible people working here. I brought my son because he needed an emergency appointment and figured I would give them another chance since they are local. Waited over an hour, technician did not know why he was here. Rude rude girl working at the front desk. Place is dirty and in addition was listening to a woman helping someone with glasses and was completely rude. I would not even give one star but you have to put a star when writing a review. In addition I have never wrote a review for any place ever but felt as though this was completely necessary due to the complete unprofessionalism of this place.
