He is always very thorough. I met him for the first time about five years ago when my wife had an issue at night, about 8pm, and he went to his office to meet us and attend to it, followed up with a morning visit the next day. Patient care at its best!

I have been going there for 14 years. Dr Richter and his team are all great, but that new extra charge (on top of the copay) is ridiculous. It's supposed to go toward the deductible but I never meet the deductible anyway. So I paid 60 dollars copay plus an extra charge of 150 dollars that I will never be refunded anyway. This is a new rule from Sight Md and I find it very random. Not happy at all with this.

Excellent staff at the front desk, once you are taken in for your appointment, it is my opinion that that nurse/staff member should introduce themselves by name, other than that minor thing everyone is professional and I would highly recommend this practice to everyone, Dr Richter is incredible!

This was my first visit to sight MD so wasn't sure what to expect but the entire staff was kind and very knowledgeable. I myself work in Healthcare but when you become the patient things suddenly make you become nervous and a bit anxious and undecicive but the minute I meet Dr.Richter it all went away he made me feel at ease and I decided right away that I wanted him to do my cataract procedure. Definitely giving Sight MD 5star rating

Dr. Richter did cataract surgery on my mother well over 10 years ago. I knew then that he was a skilled Opthomalogist. I saw him yesterday for first time in 8 years & I have same thoughts about him now as I did back then!.. This time I will return in a year!..What an excellent physician!
