Chautauqua Eyecare

Nice enough folks. But as I see in other reviews they need to correct poor management policy. Blame the consumer for there inability to get the right script that works for me. In the 45 years I have been never told it's my fault. I was told all we do it transfer your exam! Script was weaker then the glasses I have been wearing for 7 years. But I don't know what I'm talking about. They couldn't even make the sunglasses I picked out. Evan tho they were exactly the same I already owned and Walmart made 7 years ago. In closing really nice lady's but should stand by there efforts to keep a customer not blaming the customer who paid in cash and will need glasses again. Stay away. Incopitance is not ok.

The office is busy and the team does a great job ! The doctor was super patient w my 6 year old and thorough. I recommend two parents if you need to bring an 18 month old!

What a great experience. From check in to check out it could have not been any better. The entire staff was wonderful. And the Dr fantastic chair side manners. Hayden is the best real and caring. So glad we went there today. Thanks to all of you.

The office is super clean, calm & collected. I had a younger man do my eye check when I was experiencing issues & he was super kind and respectful of the fact i had to bring my child. The lady (Haley) that sees you before the doctor was so sweet! She was super friendly & caring of my 2 year old who was acting insane in her office. She was super collected when dealing with the craziness and was still able to perform my eye checks. 10/10 would recommend

Dr. Landy has managed my husband's glaucoma for the past 10 years. My husband has had high eye pressure for many years and Dr. Landy.has successfully brought his pressure down.Dr. Landy handled a serious emergency after my husband had complications from cataract surgery. We can't say enough about Dr. Landys competency , communication skills and compassion he has shown us for the last 10 years. He is the best and we totally trust him and recommend him to our friends

I've been coming here for exams and glasses for years, since Dr. Grace was the owner, and I've always had a great experience. I love the new doctors and I'm always impressed with their frame selection every year- and the staff always takes time to help me pick something perfect! I would highly recommended Chautauqua Eyecare for exams and glasses!

I love giving reviews for Awesomeness!! Surviving a head injury always makes me nervous when my eyes act weird. I feel like angels work in this office from beginning to end. Every person I encountered today was like a light, calming, peaceful blessing presence added to my life!! Special shout out to the most special and blessed girl who helped me get the bestest glasses and SHE KNEW WERE FOR ME!!! I thought I was Gods favorite but I'm pretty sure .. She might be!!! Thank You!!!!!

Apparently optometrists are the new neurologists here! ... or if yah ask the lady at the first desk on your left she will tell u everything that causes seizures and glasses aren't one of them. Man she could of saved a lot of money on my doctor trips for seizures. She should get an award for finally figuring out what causes them since yah know not even an actual neurologists is able to tell why. But ya figured it out sweetheart! Go you! Yah should be so proud of yourself! Go spend ur time with people who care about you. That "neurologist" only cares about which volume of bleach covers stupidity. Now wondering if she's gonna see me for my seizure appointments as well as my glasses...bogo deal?
