Dr. Gibbs and her staff do an excellent job! All 4 of our children, ages 10, 8, 5, & 3 have been patients for the past 3 years. Yearly appointments are simple and frustration free. Our kids really enjoyed the child friendly waiting area, books, & activities. The treasure box was a big hit after a great checkup!

Dr. Gibbs is very knowledgeable and friendly. She takes time with you and I know my family is getting the best eyecare possible. We have only had positive experiences. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Gibbs' So. Tier Optometry for all ages.

These ladies are amazing at making you feel comfortable with an important purchase. They answered all my questions, gave me some education on glasses and frames, and treated me like their only customer. I already started recommending them to all my friends.

Had a great experience here. I showed up 5 mins early to my appointment and I was checked in seconds before the eye doctor called for me. This was on a Saturday! They are happy to assist you with everything and give you the care you need! Love this place! Would highly recommend.

I loved the people there and their personality. But they screwed up the prescription for my glasses! I found that out when my other eye doctor told me that the lenses were switched. I got some headaches on and off for almost half a year because of it!

Horrified with the level of service I received yesterday. My two year old and I have gone here a few times no major problems... yesterday was her follow up appointment after 8 months of her new glasses rx. Dr planed to do a a full eye exam on her. After waiting for 45 minutes the dr's helper, or whom ever she is, came in asked a few questions said she needed to talk to the dr and left. Came back in and said the dr needed to reschedule our appointment because my daughter hadn't wore her glasses the last couple weeks... I explained I don't think she needs them and I want her rx tested to see if it's changed... the helper agin spoke with the dr and and dr REFUSED to recheck her eyes. Dr did not come in the room to explain herself made her "helper" do it. Very very discussed with dr Kara Horrible horrible service.

If I could give zero stars I would. They talked down to me for having sensory needs, austism related, when given wrong contacts brand. Does not have good customer service! Helpful at first, then after 1st appt. very rude, disorganized, refuses to listen and understand sensory needs. They cannot get my order right when asking 20 times for certain brand they said they had, but didn't follow through. Made me wait 30 minutes for scheduled appt with my infant. Waited weeks for dr. reply. They do Not care about new customers. When contact ripped after 2nd day for being wrong brand, they wouldnt replace or switch to requested brand. I will not go back. Its awful.

Dr. Gibbs & staff are the best..... friendly and conscientious and takes the time to address all of your concerns. Highly recommend them.
