I love the Visionworks location in Kew Gardens Hills because of the wide selection and different styles of glasses they offer. I also appreciate the warm welcome every time I enter the store. They provide great customer service, and the entire staff and team are very attentive and amazing. The associate, Kate, who helped me and my son is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to help us select the best options and styles of glasses that fit us perfectly. Kate is the best! She always knows what I like and what looks and fits right for me.

We went to Visionworks in Kew Gardens because my daughter's glasses broke. We did not have a warranty on the glasses and we went in to see if they could help with possibly fixing them. We initially spoke with an elder blonde Lady. She was not friendly and not helpful. She should definitely take customer sensitivity training. I am very glad my interaction with her was short. Tabitha assisted us and she was fantastic. She really went out of her way to try and fix the glasses which unfortunately could not be repaired. She helped us out by replacing the frames as a courtesy. She is so pleasant and offers amazing customer service. Thank you Tabitha!

I bought the sunglasses from this Visionworks location. The lady who assisted me with my prescription and measurements was Alina.
Alina was very nice, thorough, showed me all the options, details, took her time and discussed the prices. At the end, I decided to buy the sunglasses because everything was explained to me very well and in details. Hopefully, I'll be picking up my sunglasses soon, and I really hope they turn nice and comfortable and I'll get the same great service.
