First, I would like to say he that he is the most arrogant person I have ever come in contact with he mistreated my wife. He will not pick up his telephone to talk to me or my wife and you wanna hear something when I talk to Michelle I am into model railroading I've been doing 57 years and my knowledge of trains is that of an encyclopedia I was gonna give her a locomotive that's over $1000 that was hand painted by me called the P motor painted in the five strip New York Central colors. These people are so rude. I would not give them the time of day. I think his license should be suspended. It's too bad this is not the apprentice. I had an 11 a.m. appt and the dr wasn't even in the office! She was at scheduled surgeries. Poor practice to schedule both at the same time. Means they're only in it for the money. I won't be going back.

Called the office to request a schedule for my eyes and luckily the receptionist told me that I needed to see a different doctor didn't waste my time by scheduling an appointment. However she rushed me off the phone and didn't even let me finish speaking before she hung up. I think that lady was one of the rudest receptionists I have ever had to deal with over the phone. Safe to say I am so thankful I'm not coming to this office if that's how the receptionist treats the people her boss is suppose to be helping...

Wonderful doctors. Dr. Kaplan is treating me for Macular degeneration. I had been told so many of the wrong things about my eyes,but he set me straight. Thank you,Dr. Kaplan! And the staff is always very friendly and professional. I have never been kept waiting too long like at some other doctors.

Seeing Dr Kaplan even after a terrifying experience like retinal detachment repair is like slipping your foot into a comfortable slipper. He's calm yet efficient, thorough with an amazing bedside manner refreshing sense of humor to lighten the tone. He saved my eyesight and he responded quickly to an emergency situation. His staff is wonderful I love all of them

I was warned by a colleague to stay away from this practice. Unfortunately my insurance didnt give me many options when it came to a specialist. I am Quite disappointed with experience with Howard kaplan the and the medical assistants. Its just a Really poorly ran office these people clearly hate their jobs. inadequate patient care.

Dr Miller-Rivera and her staff are awesome! Very professional, compassionate and dedicated. I'm very comfortable and confident under their care. I highly recommend this team. I've had multiple surgeries and procedures there.
