Eventually, word is going to get out about this place, and physicists from around the world will descend upon our town to study what is happening. When you walk into this shop, you can see the people who work there. And they can see you. Then, after you peruse the display, and select your glasses, you suddenly become invisible. Ringing phones will be answered, other people who enter will be served. But due to a rip in the space-time continuum you have suddenly become invisible! When it happened to me, I waited patiently, hoping to eventually emerge from the 6th dimension (or was it the 7th Ring of Hell?). But after a while, I realized that I was hopelessly lost in the Lewiston Vortex of Invisibility and could remain there forever. So I picked up my prescription and left the place. If you go to Gary Optical, try wearing a lead suit. Theorists believe that the forces that render objects invisible cannot penetrate lead.

I have been a customer here for over 20 years. They have always taken great care of me. They' stand behind their Glasses and have had to replace certain pairs few times always at NO CHARGE. I had a gift certificate for Stanton Optical few years ago. That was the only time I went someplace else and never again. Gary his staff and especially Dr Kaum are wonderful. I stopped by without an appointment to fix my glasses, which were missing a screw. They fixed it for me and cleaned the lenses at no charge. Very friendly, and they also had a good selection of frames at the store.
