The staff at this store were all so awesome. I've gone to the other location previously and this was such a better experience because I saw an actual doctor, not a virtual in office appointment which I never enjoyed. Everyone was so professional and nice here and I am 100% going to this location in the future. The only small issue was at the time I was there, there was only one employee who was handling the actual ordering of contacts/glasses so I had a bit of a wait, but then my ordering processes ended up being a bit complicated (not the employees fault at all) and I know there were others waiting after so having more staff who handle the ordering process would be beneficial and not require people to have to wait as long

My recent visit at the Clay Vision Works was seamless, I was greeted with a very friendly staff the minute I walked in. Dr. Baker did a wonderful job and made sure that I did not have any questions. The staff worked together and were great at helping me to pick out Frames. Claudia worked with me and is very knowledgeable about the products they sell and very professional. It was a good experience.

I couldn't have had a better experience. I walked in and the fit me in for an appointment immediately. The technician , Laura, was wonderful. She fixed my old glasses and took the time to find me the best possible promotion on new glasses. My glasses were ready in 3 days and fit perfectly.

General staff seemed helpful. I was at the facility on 8/14/2024 and wanted to get my glasses adjusted. As the optician was adjusting my glasses they stated they could break and at that exact moment she broke the glasses right at the frame. the Optician said "oops do you still want these". The store offered me nothing, they lied to the store manager about pre-warning me about the glasses breaking. The manager did not want to hear my side of the store because she" already talked to other staff that collaborated the Opticians story"
Store refused to answer questions about the corporate policy.
Manager was upset because my roommate called the store and tried to assist me because I was so dumbfounded at the events that just happened.
Thank god I had a backup pair of glasses with me or I would not have been able to see to drive home (yes my eyes are that bad).
The customer service at this store is some of the worst I have seen from the current staff and I have worked in hospitality for over 20 years.
