Eye Care for the Adirondacks

My afternoon appointment was switched to early morning and I feared that I would be there for a long time before I was seen. I was very surprised and thankful that the staff was bringing patients in for various tests in a very timely and efficient fashion, and my appointment was finished inside of an hour. The waiting room was full but the number of staff members assisting patients made for a quick turnaround for me, which I appreciated. Dr. Frechette is also concise and to the point with explanations of the well being of my eyesight and what I need to do to keep it that way, and I am very comfortable with his observations and recommendations.

I have been utilizing this company because they are the only option in town for over 10 years. I have been waiting to be seen since my yearly exam that was scheduled for this past March, they cancled saying dr not available. So rescheduled for july, again cancled fir same reason and then again for September. Rescheduled again for same reason. Starting to think that they have black listed me due to me complaining about the extremely long wait during appointments. Mmy time is just as important as theirs and this is unacceptable. So scheduled for tomorrowat

Amazingly, almost no wait time and person at front desk was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. As always, care staff was outstanding-professional, patient, friendly, courteous. The best visit I've had in years.

Very organized staff! Got all the tests done then set you up for meeting with eye doctor to get results and program for future. Doctor very personable and instructive on concerns, testing and results!

The team is efficient and knowledgeable. The service is done with a smile. My only concern is that I have to drive an hour to get there, but I do so because I know I can expect the best.

I would describe my appointment as streamlined. Within less than an hour I visited three rooms, the last where Dr. Frechette counseled me regarding the status of my glaucoma and cataracts. I left knowing where I am now as well as what progression is likely. This is the pattern I have seen in previous appointments as well. I am pleased.

The dr and staff are wonderful. Altho the waiting area is outdated and really could use an upgrade. Hang up some artwork by locals and definitely upgrade the furniture.

The whole staff are friendly and, respectful and helpful! There was no lengthy wait time and everything went super smooth!
