Staff was polite and efficient, that's not the problem at all. The issue is the quality of the products. I've been wearing glasses almost 25 years now. I know how to take care of them. I've never had issues with scratches on my lenses in that entire time. Until now, where not even a year into owning this pair, and supposedly buying the scratch resistant, and of course, more expensive, lenses, I already have dozens of small scratches throughout my lenses, and it's causing me to get headaches. I use the same lens cleaner I always have. I use the same brand of microfiber clothes I always have. I was clearly sold a product that was not as it was advertised. I'm pissed.
