The worst receptionist/agent ever, I called to request some medical information for billing purposes, this lady starts arguing about how never in her 50 years has been asked that information before, to me, it sounded like you don't like what you do or probably you're bringing personal issues to your work, that's no way to talk to a Medical Professional Office AT ALL, I would highly suggest to train your staff properly on how to talk to colleagues. I can't imagine how you handle patients at your office. The lady refuse to give her name, COMPLETELY HOSTILE.
