Warby Parker Manhasset

Convenient location with parking. Two sales associates at this location gave me honest feedback on two frames I had picked out on the Warby Parker app. I wanted to purchase multiple pairs to save 15%. Both frames fit my face, but we continued looking at additional frames. I appreciated the honest feedback. I ended up purchasing three frames (one of the original frames & color (sesame tortoise) I had chose on the app) and an alternate frame in two different colors (black oak tortoise & rosemary crystal). The alternate frame was a much better choice, and I am happy I was able to go into the store to try them out. I appreciate the fun frame shapes and colors available. I have well over 10 pairs of Warby Parker glasses and have been a customer since 2014.

Great experience from the moment walked in! Was greeted, checked in for my appointment, as I was early. Called for appointment on time. Jesse, Dr McAuliffe and Robin, were all wonderful! Felt so nice and comfortable, not like a doctor's office at all. Received assistance choosing my eyeglasses, seamless process, Robin was wonderful! Definitely will be back for my annual exam next year.

The staff was very knowledgeable on the products and my insurance. The eye doctor explained everything in detail and took her time and was very thorough. The sales staff helped me to choose excellent frames and lenses based on selection and insurance benefits.

Friendly staff who helped my son pick out his first pair of glasses. Friendly and knowledgeable eye doctor - easy and best eye exam I've ever had. She explained everything to me and I didn't feel rushed. She was also great with my son with his eye exam.

My first visit to a Warby Parker, I've heard great things about them for many years for my friend has been going into the city for them. Now we have them in Manhasset and I have to say it was easy and very pleasant experience. Appreciated the doctor taking time to address my concerns.

I just bought a pair of glasses from another eyeglass store which my eye doctor recommended because he does not write prescriptions. I picked out a pair that I settled for and as soon as I walked our of the store I went directly to Warby Parker and picked out just what I had in mind in spite of paying top dollar for my original pair. I was delighted by the lack of pressure to purchase my order which was opposite the experience I had at the the original store that I got my very outrageously expensive pair.

I've bought several pairs of glasses from WP and I like the quality and style. I've even ordered glasses on line and have had to bring them in for adjustments and they were great about it. Highly recommend.
