Costco Optical Department

My previous doctor rushed my perscription and refused to give me my perscription. I was so fed up with him that I just wanted a fresh start and a doctor who was nicer and mire patient. Dr. Sison was very patient and took the time to get me a perscription that caused less eye strain. She was so kind and caring and she also gave me my perscription unlike my last one that wouldn't even give me mine after I asked 3+ times. She really made my day and the whole process was more transparent. I needed someone who would actually take the time and listen and Dr. Sison went above and beyond. Very caring, very professional. I would go back to her again.

Have gotten all of my glasses here for years. Complimentary repairs including arm adjustments, nosepad replacements, and new case.

Dr. Sison is the best eye doctor I have ever experienced. I came in to Costco just looking at glasses. I needed a regular eye check and the optical center was able to fit me in without an appointment. Dr. Sison was extremely gentle and talks you through the entire experience. So calming. I left truly impressed by this location. I got my glasses and was on my way very quickly.

Dr. Sison is great! She is very polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. She has more modern equipment than the previous doctors I have gone too. Her secretary was also nice and helpful. I'm going to be getting my eye checkups here from now on.

The folks at Costco optical are solid. Yesterday Chris adjusted my glasses and encouraged me to return if I have any problems. He stressed that they want me to like my glasses and be comfortable. Thanks Chris.

I have been going to Costco Vision Center in Melville for years. Reasonable price, friendly service, staff have been there for years. She takes her time on the exam to make sure you are satisfied with your vision. I would recommend.

Fast, efficient and accurate. I have vision insurance that covers eye examinations yet I come here and pay out of pocket after the covered place mis-prescribed (misdiagnosed?) my vision plus I used to have to wait a really long time even with an appointment. I can walk-in here without an appointment at certain times and I'm in and out with a prescription. Very small no frills type of office but I never felt I didn't get a thorough examination. Professional staff. Convenient location.
