Dr.Mezei, joy, Mari and Keira were absolutely amazing from the time i walked through the door i was greeted with kindness and compassion everyone was so helpful. From Helping me decide on what pair of glasses fit the look i was going for to talking through all there contacts options this experience was 10/10.

We had to travel an hour by car for our appointment. But it was definitely worth it for the level of customer service we received. The staff and Dr. Mezei are attentive, friendly and outgoing. Even with her extremely hectic schedule Dr. Mezei was able to accommodate our requests. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

So pleased with this place. The most friendliest staff and doctor I've came across in long time. They really make you feel like they care for you eyes no pun intended. I would definitely recommend them. I'm definitely going keep them as my eye doctor

Great Customer Service! - Exam was quick and the ladies were very informative and genuine. Plus my contacts arrived 3 days later!!! In the past 16yrs, it's been my most pleasant eye exam visit. Can't go wrong with good pricing and good people.

Down to earth, friendly staff with no pushing to buy anything. Everything was thoroughly explained to me including reasons for pricing upcharges. I was also able to get clear answers over the phone and had no issues with my groupon. Dr Mezei was amazing and everyone was patient with my inability to take out contact lenses. I walked out with my new prescription (offered to me - I didn't even have to ask, first time that's every happened), a pair of 2-week contacts and a sample kit that included an eye case. This will be my go to location and I'll be happy to refer friends there too.

Always very friendly and professional staff the doctor is the best very caring.I have been coming here for at least 5 or six years now.I have to drive a fair distance to see the doctor.(No problem) there prices are very reasonable.

This place is a rare find ! Dr Mezei is such a sweet soul who really cares about you and your vision . When you meet her you will feel like you have known her forever She takes her time figuring out what is best for you . The staff is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable . I love going there its always a great experience !! AAAAAA+++++

Sadly, two days ago I accidentally lacerated my right eyeball while pulling paper from a package to load into my home printer. The paper was tightly packed and when a handful came loose, my hand with the paper shot upward and made perfect contact with my right eye. It felt like a horrible poke in the eye, but after a day of pain, discomfort and tearing, I decided maybe it would be a good idea to actually see an Optometrist. So today I was graciously taken in (somewhat last minute) by the wonderful Dr. Monique Mezei of "We Care For Eyes" in Melville, NY. Well, it turns out I had several paper cuts on my eyeball and an infection. With a drop of some medication at the office, the pain disappeared and I felt so much better! Talk about quick results! Although there is some minor discomfort and tearing, I am taking medicated antibiotic drops and feel 100% better! I cannot thank and recommend Dr. Mezei enough for her personal attention and professional care! If you need anything eye related, you need to check out this practice! I cannot recommend "We Care For Eyes" highly enough!
