America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

My experience this year was very long waiting to get in ,and very short with the rude OD not even sure what her title or her name my contacts were not ready for almost 5 months, and they do not have to many choices to pick from for glasses. I did expect more from Americas Best , Being that the first time My family spent a lot of money there , we had a very professional experience . Unsure of what has changed

It was positively great. The girl was so nice and helpful, I really had a great experience. Also thank you for the discount that you sent me, please send more, I need more glasses but money is tight so a discount always brings me back.

Best glasses experience ever. EVER! Walked in with broken frames. Half an hour before we were supposed to play a volleyball game. Didnt buy 'em here, just looking for help. Whole staff sprang into action and saved the day. Found similar frames, swapped out the lenses and had us out of there, with a sports strap, in time for warm ups. And we won the game. Thanks, Americas Best, you are the actual best!!

I have been with American Best for years they are always professional and kind! Being a Army disabled veteran we don't get to much respect anymore as far as what we have sacrificed to keep everyone safe.I want to shout-out to Dana store manager for tAmerican Best in Mohegan Lake NY for taking the time to help me before I get on the road! Had an amazing experience at the Mohegan Lake office with Vicky and her staff. I was In need of an eye exam since I missed nearly 3 years and her staff made sure my experience was comfortable quick and painless. Vicky offered me programs they currently had available that will make my next visits even easier and affordable in the pockets. Not to mention I called on a holiday which they were open for and got my same day appointment literally two hours from calling. Definitely recommend:)

Walked in today after a terrible experience somewhere else. Dana/Dayna was able to book us an appointment right away for my son's first check up. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. It all took some time but I really could not have been more happy and appreciative through the whole process from the tests through getting glasses. Thank you!

This was my first time using America's Best after switching from another chain provider. Scheduling was easy and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. The day of the appointment I was taken on time and everyone who helped me was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I received personalized and attentive service from Mary (tech), Vicki (mgr) and Dr. Gong. Compared to my experiences elsewhere in the past, I really noticed the difference in service and care, will return for future appointments and would highly recommend that others check them out. I am relatively new to wearing glasses and am not super particular and thought they had a wonderful selective to choose from. I was able to take advantage of their current deal on frames and get three pairs (driving, reading, & sunglasses) of prescription glasses for much less than I have paid for one in the past. They do offer a selection of designer frames, but thought the less expensive options were just as good. That being said, it was the amazing staff at this location that really made the overall experience exceptional.
