Was immediately greeted by Jessica when I showed up for my appointment today. She was very welcoming and she set the tone for the entire experience. Doctor Levchik was ready within seconds to start my exam even though I was 15 mins early. She sterilized all the equipment she was using, was knowledgeable, kind, caring, gentle and very thorough. She answered all my questions and explained everything she was doing. At no point did I feel like a "patient" while I was with her. When my exam was over, I went back to Jessica to talk about glasses and contacts. She was very knowledgeable about frames/pricing. She was happy to answer all my questions. She made me feel like I was talking to an old friend I hadn't seen in a while! It is very apparent they both love their jobs and helping others. I left with a smile on my face knowing my eyes/vision are in such great hands! I cannot recommend these wonderful women enough!

I have never needed glasses before, and Jessica was outstanding. I had to come into the center a little late, and she waited for me. She was warm and welcoming, explained exactly what I needed for my new prescription glasses, and showed me what could help while I waited for my order to arrive. She was amazing, and I will definitely be bringing my business to Walmart Optical in Mohegan Lake. Thank you to Jessica and the entire staff.

The team welcomed me with open arms and made the experience, not as scary as I was making it out to be. The doctor explained everything to a T to help me understand what was going on and what she had to do. And at checkout, Jessica helped me pick out frames. That went well with my head got me in and out of there, and I was still got to work on time. The team is amazing. Highly recommend going to see them especially your first time having to get an eye exam.
