I've been a patient here for many years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. For almost a month, I tried to get someone to contact me--two voicemails, a website message, a mailed letter, and even an in-person visit. The receptionist promised a call back, and I left a letter for the doctor. I never received a single response. I had my annual exam in October and paid for a contact lens evaluation. The doctor ordered two trial lenses and told me to call once I tried them. When the trials arrived, the office said one was incorrect and needed to be reordered. After that, communication stopped completely. Despite all my attempts, I received zero follow-up. I've now had to go elsewhere and pay for another exam because this office simply would not communicate. I genuinely wonder if the doctors even know how unresponsive their office has become--especially when patients are told to call back and report which trial contacts worked so prescriptions can be finalized and orders can be placed.

Dr Katy Bono is very accommodating for our special needs son, her staff is also very kind and patient. Been taking our son here for years. They are the best.

people where very friendly and doctor was great. But my insurance was with no copay and my reading glasses where to be covered by insurance I even had my insurance call them to tell them they are fully covered, and they still wanted to charge me after the insurance called them. I had them email my script and going to order online. very disappointed with this office.

So happy with my childs experience in the office. From the office staff to the doctors and EVERYONE in between! Efficient and friendly!

Everyone in this office is very friendly. My son has autism Dr. Katie is always very friendly. Very kind and patient with him. I also see her myself. Went in Friday for a eye issue. She helped me figure it out. Family friendly here.

I ordered my contacts yesterday and Denise at the front desk was terrific!! Dr. Sam is very good!!!!

Dr. Bono is always great as he takes care in looking at the details and health of my eyes. He listens and gives good advice. However, the rest of staff need to know the costs of the images when talking to someone who's paying out of pocket. I was told I had a choice between eye drops or images (no mention of 2 image options). In deciding which to choose, I was told the images are $35 or $39 (I forgot which she said, but thirty-something) out of pocket. I agreed to have images done based on that. Low res or high res wasn't mentioned and I didn't know there were the 2 options, I thought images were images and knew of one option at $35/39. Once I got to the front desk, I was told "he took" (which I don't know who they're referring to because Dr. Bono didn't take them nor choose them, it was a woman who took the images) high resolution images and those are $90. I wouldn't have agreed to $90 images, I wasn't informed of such a cost, and I wasn't given a choice. The front desk staff was very blunt and rude about it (not your new guy, he was great!) and I am not one to argue in front of people, so I paid it. I still don't agree to it. I'm not happy about it.
