From calling up to book, was told I would get a call back. That didn't happen, booked and changed to an earlier time stating we need to be somewhere. Arrived on time at 4:20 but was taken in late so my husband and I had appointments, we got out at 5:30. This is unacceptable as they were running late and which meant we ended up being late to where we needed to go to. The computer didn't save the scanned eye images so they had to re do it. Wasn't happy with the guy doing the exam, he was a little off. It was so hot in the store they didn't seem to have good ac nor actually put on the fan they had in the corner. I asked for them to email over our prescriptions as they were taking too long and that didn't happen. I emailed in the evening, no reply and in the morning I called up. They got my husbands email wrong and was quoting an incorrect email of mine, to which she stated it was a patients but then said it was the email I had sent. I was like how is that possible?? She then said oh mistake again, it was a patients. I mean I have no idea what's going on, how relaxed they are with giving out incorrect information of other patients. Def won't be returning back to this location, service was not or even close or a 1* let alone 5! I booked this place based on the reviews, which is a disappointment.
