I had a wonderful experience at Optum Ophthalmology in Lake success medical office for my recent eye exam. From start to finish, the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable.
I was especially impressed with Dr J Naysan MD. Knowledge and the time he took to explain everything clearly. Dr Naysan thoroughly explained what a cotton wool spot is and how it relates to high blood pressure, which helped me understand my eye health much better. I truly learned something new and appreciated how patient and informative he was.
I highly recommend Dr J. Naysan MD and his entire staff. Excellent care and a great overall experience.

I saw Dc David flug Opthalmologist in optimum in New Hyde Park yesterday he's a very nice Doctor, talented just like his father. His father was my Opthalmologist for over decade one of the nicest ever. He retired now his son Dc David flug is my new Opthalmologist. I recommend him highly. His workers are friendly, very helpful, polite the place to go. My Cataract is next month.

Dr. Flug was amazing. Very kind, professional. Was pleased to see him! Would give 5 stars.
The only reason I took off a star is because they refused to treat me for over an hour because I was an unaccompanied minor (I'm legally emancipated). I had to escalate my case to the manager, then they escalated to legal to figure it out. Was not a great time.
Otherwise, would go back again anytime. Hoping to not be injured with eye trauma, but if it happens, I know who to see! (Pun intended)
