I had an exceptional experience at this ophthalmology practice and can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment you walk in, everything is designed to make your visit smooth and stress-free. The office is located in a beautiful, modern building with convenient parking right at the entrance, which makes a huge difference--especially when you're coming in for an appointment that may affect your vision. There's even a lovely cafe downstairs, perfect if you arrive early or need a moment to relax afterward. The bathrooms are large and impeccably clean, which adds to the overall sense of quality and attention to detail. The office itself is spotless, spacious, and equipped with the latest technology. You can immediately tell that great care has been taken to create a comfortable and professional environment. What truly sets this practice apart, though, is the team. Every staff member is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make you feel completely at ease. Doctor Ferreira is outstanding--thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. You never feel rushed, and all your questions are answered with patience and clarity. And he speaks Spanish! This is exactly what a medical experience should be: efficient, welcoming, and centered around the patient. I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful ophthalmologist and team !
