Adore the gentleman that answers the phone. So professional and kind. The facilities are clean. The doctor takes her time and does not rush your visit at all. I love coming here. Not sure about the other reviews but I always have a great experience and barely have to wait when I have an appointment. I often walk in to drop off frames to have prescription lens added!

I've been a loyal patient at Visionique Family Eye Care for the past three years, and every visit continues to be an exceptional experience. The entire team is warm, professional, and truly cares about their patients. The Dr. Germaine is incredibly kind and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel both informed and cared for. You're never rushed, and it's clear that your eye health and overall well-being are a top priority. I also want to give a special shoutout to Camilo--he has been absolutely wonderful to me! Every time I walk in or call the office, he greets me with genuine warmth and goes above and beyond to be helpful. Whether it's assisting with my contact lenses, answering questions, or just making me feel welcome, Camilo's kindness and positive energy always make my day. He's a true gem and an essential part of what makes Visionique so special. Thank you so much!!

It was so refreshing to visit the office today. I'm always greeted with a smile. Camilo and all staff are always attentive to my needs and requests. Dr. Germaine was extremely thorough and professional during my exam a few weeks ago. I returned today 5/14, and again I had a fantastic experience. My new glasses are beautiful and I am satisfied with my prescription. Thank you to everyone at Visionique Family Eye Care.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of Dr. Germaine. She is absolutely wonderful. My children have been coming to this practice for over 10 years. I have seen staff come and go. HER OLD STAFF WAS AMAZING AS WELL. This particular staff she has today is rude and unprofessional and seem to be in a rush all the time. I asked for availability for my six year old. Her school asked if I could get her in asap. She (Ms. long)told me there is nothing for the next week. (called last week too and couldn't get a appt) I said ok when would I be able to get her in. She huffed and puffed so I asked if there was someone else I could talk to. She says "FOR WHAT". I told her I will discuss that with the manger when you get them to the phone, then I asked her for her name she huffed and puffed didn't answer and put me on hold. All to get a coworker instead of manager. He was no better he didn't even want to tell me her name. The rudeness is unappreciated. Better staff would be a plus. I would hate to have to start over and establish a new relationship with another Doctor due to the staff.

I have been a patient of Visionique Family Eye Care since I first started wearing glasses (over 10 years) and I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable, professional and caring eye doctor. Dr. Germaine and her staff have made me feel comfortable from my very first eye exam to date to fitting me for a new pair of glasses and maintenance and repair to an old pair to contact lenses training. My parents and I have been very pleased, and it is my prayer that I don't have to find a new doctor for a very long time.

This office is very unprofessional. They made me wait an hour and a half as the first patient of the morning. They tried to upsell me on glasses and lenses to the tune of four hundred plus dollars. They did not contact me when my glasses did come in. I had to reach out to them. And in the end they didn't fulfill one of my reasons for visiting which was to get a contact prescription instead they claimed they never knew I wanted them and asked that I come back in for a second fitting and pay again for something I've already done and discussed with the doctor the first time. Also the optician was unkempt and did not have a professional appearance even though he was in close interactions with clients. I would not recommend anyone go here if they can help it.

Dr Germaine has been our family optometrist for well over 10 years. She is always patient, especially kind and compassionate and went above and beyond to give me new free frames when the company they contract with lost my frames! She's been nothing but wonderful with my daughter when she was young and learning how to use contacts and since I recommended her to my elderly sister who then became a patient, she was comforting to her as she was going thru a tough personal issue. She's amazing and I'd recommend her to anyone. I am not a bot lol!!!

Absolutely love this place. My family and I have been going there for years. The staff is great and always nice. The Doctor is amazing and is always willing to help if you're in financial need. We love this place!
