Pros: everybody was very nice, Dr. Thompson was thorough and professional. Cons: my appt was set for 2:40, and I arrived 15 minutes early at 2:25 as they asked me to. I didn't get called back into a room until 3:45, where the nurse(?) did a quick exam and then I waited for Dr. Thompson until 4:00. He did some things, then left while my eyes dilated, which I understood. When he came back around 4:30 the rest was quick. But, for a 2:40 appt, I didn't leave until about 4:45. It was just a normal exam, nothing crazy time consuming. I understand things happen, but it sounds like this is the norm here.

The best optical place and staff (Deanna, Jeanine & Sharon) I've dealt with in a long time. I'm one of the rare few that cannot wear plastic lenses of any kind, I've tried. These glass lenses (progressive photogrey) are the best optical view for me. The frames are a perfect fit. First time ever that my cheeks don't touch the bottom of the frames when smiling & my eyebrows don't touch the top inside corners of the lenses by the bridge. I highly recommend this optical place.

UPDATE*** FEBRUARY 9TH 2024 I was so thrilled with my first pair of eyewear, I went back and got a second pair, different style (both photos added). The selection is the largest I've seen in this area without having duplicates of same frame. Customer Service is impeccable. No other place can compare with the Optical Department here. Deanna, Mgr. & Sharon have been with this company since its inception at this location. They go above and beyond to make sure every customer is completely satisfied. My lenses are made of glass, not easy to obtain since I cannot see out of the polycarb/plastic. I recieved them within a 1-1.5 weeks The negitive reviews I've seen are not intended for the optical side (eyewear) of this establishment. Very convenient location for me. Doctors and store in one. They have my favorite Silhouette.

Waited over an hour to get into a room, The woman who took me to the room gave me an attitude when I asked how much longer it would be. Rude staff and very slow time to find a new place who appreciates my time.

Didn't ask me routine questions like other places always do, lighting was oddly dim for a place that works with your eyesight, and best of all, gave me an innacurate prescription which I then used to buy $250 of non-refundale glasses with that I can't actually use, so probably go somewhere else.

Incredibly helpful and polite . Fixed my glasses even when I showed up 10 minutes to close and even when I didn't purchase them at that store.

Charged $20 for measuring PD on my glasses. Besides charging for it is borderline legal this operation takes exactly 5 seconds. Awful service
