The doctor was incredibly thorough and took time to explain everything clearly. I have a very complex prescription, and no other doctor has ever been as accurate or attentive. I had a really disappointing eye check appointment a few months ago at this location. I was told my vision concerns were due to aging and there was nothing they could do. They did not even test the nearsightedness and weakened the far-sighted prescription. I got a 2nd opinion from another doctor who addressed all my concerns, including diagnosed me with near-sightedness and strengthening my far-sighted prescription. Under new management again, barely tested me, and seemed reliant on the 3 machines. Very unprofessional, borderline unethical.

I had an excellent experience at Cohen's Fashion Optical when I was there recently to replace frames that had broken on my prescription sunglasses. The Manager, Liselle, was extremely knowledgeable and attentive as she helped me search for new frames that would fit my current lenses. It wasn't easy, but she was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Once we found a suitable frame, the technician was able to replace the lenses as I waited. Overall, I was very pleased with the excellent customer service.

Had a great experience at Cohen's Fashion Optical earlier this week. I was able to get my eye exam done with Dr. Sherman who was very attentive and helpful, she even offered solutions for dealing with dry itchy eyes throughout the warmer seasons. Was able to find a frame that I loved with Brandi's help as well. She took her time to show me a unique variety of styles to choose from. I left very happy with my choice. This location is under new ownership and it was definitely for the BETTER! Everyone there was so sweet and informative. Will be back for sure
