The staff is nice and the place is quaint. The issue is the lack of time management. They'll set an appointment for a specific time, ask you to come in early to complete paperwork and much like an ER (except they have only one doctor with maybe one patient) have you wait 20+ into your appointment before even addressing you after you've turned in your paperwork.

I was told that when my daughter turned 5, she would be allowed to have her eyes examined. She received a paper from the school stating she might need corrective lenses. I then called when she turned 5 and was told no, she won't be seen she is too young. I also know for a fact a different child the same age was seen. We decided to go to Allegany Eye Care, where they were more than happy to see both of us. They lost me, my daughter, my sister, and my mother. They were great years prior to trying to get a child seen.
