Worst Eye Doctor I have had contact with. Threatened to call the pollce because I was driving with impaired vision when I questioned if my prescription was too strong.

We asked before making an appointment if they were wheelchair accessible, they said they were they did not say that I would need to be able to transfer for the exam. So we get there unload go in and get told they could only see me if I could transfer. What a total waste of our time and gas and their optometrist's time.

Does not open on time, then lies to your face about when they unlock the door. Horrible secretary. Doesn't answer the phone well past the time they open, then makes you reschedule because supposedly YOU'RE the one who was late. VERY snotty, interrupts, doesn't listen and slams glass divider in your face. Doctor seems to be a good doctor, but does not do anything about his rude and snotty secretary.

Worst service I've experienced from any medical facility. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude. They are unorganized and require and appointment even to get a print out of your prescription. I drove 2 hrs to get there and they couldn't give it to me, but they could print it then and mail it?? I highly suggest going to Visionworks. It is by far the better option

Totally rude. I walked in the door to find a sign in sheet instead of a person to greet me. So much for confidentiality since I could see who was there before me. So I signed in, even though someone looked up at me without a greeting, then after a few minutes, my name was called. The woman was very abrupt and acted like I was interrupting her work "What do you need?" Not even a hello or how can I help you. I explained I had the Davis Vision plan from Fox Hospital and wanted to look at frames. Her response, "Social Security #?" I explained I had not been there before and got THE LOOK. Then I realized she wanted to look my plan up under Davis Vision. She then took me to a room and said, "look at these, they are in your plan" and started to leave. I had questions and she gave short, abrupt answers. She left without any direction on what to do if I found a pair I liked. Guess I was bothering her. I spent over 10 minutes looking at frames by myself. No one offered to help or even looked to see if I was ready to buy. Finally someone came in the room with another patient and didn't even acknowledge I was there. After spending over 20 minutes there, I left. not even a goodbye. I felt invisible. Guess Davis Vision patients aren't worthy of their time. I decided to take my business elsewhere and would not recommend this place to anyone. Has service really gotten this bad?

Great doctor but awful customer service. I was overcharged 8 months ago and even after a resolution with the insurance company, I am still receiving bills in the mail from the office with rude emails. The office takes 2-5 days to respond to emails and doesn't answer the phone lines. I wouldn't recommend going here with any UUP and NYS insurance plans.

Been going there for 5 years and they are wonderful, the exam is very Thorough, the doctor explains what going on with my eyes and the service to receive my glasses and contacts is quick. They always spend the time to help me pick the right frame for my face. I will keep going back and I always recommend them to my friends

Had a great experience here for my eye appointment. Doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Front desk staff also helpful and kind. Will reccomend them for sure!
