Two really nasty employees. Super rude to me on the phone kept asking for the manager and this one Her name was Dawn kept telling me she was the gm. And then another woman took over the call saying she was the actual gm her name was Kathryn. Super rude and disrespectful when I was trying to set up an appointment. Finally after calling a few more times the real gm Michelle answered and was extremely helpful and wonderful to talk to. Can't believe you have rude and disrespectful people working here. Wish I could give zero stars

Had an appointment at 4, didn't get called back until 5:15. Spent another 1 1/2 hours in the back just for an exam!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! If you can handle your appointments and get people in on time and out in a decent amount of time you need to spread your appointments out a little bit more!! People have other stuff to do, kids to take care of and just want to get home after a long day of work.

I want to start by saying that my husband and I were greeted and seen right away. The employees were very nice to us and helpful. The environment was clean and well organized. We had no issues with checking in and out. Our glasses were ready much sooner than we expected which was super nice! We are both pleased with our glasses as well after receiving them and having time to get adjusted. A few problems we did have were: an employee who should've been tending to my husband was going around harassing their fellow co-workers about who touched the thermostat and was trying to hurry them. Not professional at all to do around clients. Also, the selection of glasses could be better as there is minimal choices with what insurance covers. I would still be willing to come back as these were little problems that can be worked out and we were overall satisfied with the results.

Very nice staff. Easy exam. My appointments (for myself and 2 children) had been scheduled for weeks. Then our appointments ended up running late. I found out this was because the office had scheduled in a family of 3 ON THE DATE of my exams. So we had to wait for them. How is this fair to me, who had scheduled weeks ahead?

Start off with , told my wife she has glaucoma, went to a specialist and she does not . Scratch protection even if you buy the best is absolutely garbage. Even with an appointment, you will sit there for 3 hours . Top it off with , after spending $700 with insurance due to bifocals and scratch protection, etc. They give you the wrong case to your glasses that don't even fit the pair you just bought. So you will need to go and buy a case that fits . We have used them many times over the years and will not be coming back

Arrived on time for appointment at 3:30pm while I'm waiting my phone goes off 5 minutes later and they changed appointment time to 3:45pm.
Appointments should not be changed with out consent. I have another appointment to meet my daughter to see an apartment and now I'm going to be late. Very rude.

I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00pm, but I wasn't called back until 12:40pm. During my pre-exam, the associate kept leaving the room, which made the process feel disorganized and unprofessional. Once I was finally seated in the exam room, it again took a long time for the virtual optometrist to come on the screen. There was only one person ahead of me, yet I didn't leave until 1:30pm. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I felt like my time was not valued at all, and I will never use their services again.
