The pediatric staff is amazing. Our son was very nervous and apprehensive at first and the nurse did such an amazing job at calming him down and getting him to cooperate with the appointment. Dr. Lillvis is also wonderful with kids. He made us feel comfortable and explained things thoroughly. I also really like that he doesn't jump to either surgery or other invasive procedures.

Dr Gautam was very thorough as well as her staff. Very professional and caring. She did not rush and allowed me to ask many questions. The wait for the intake did not take long however the other processes I had done took up quite a bit of time. With that said, the care and follow up was there. I trust my eyes in her care moving forward. The facility was clean and seem to have all the modern equipment as well as staff to have the skill and accuracy to record the medical data

Staff very friendly. Taken back quickly but long wait time for doctor abou (appointment at 9. Saw Dr May at 10 am). This is an improvement from other times and appreciated but still seems long. I would have appreciated being able to access wifi while waiting. Dr May thorough, professional and friendly.

I filled out all the basic paperwork. Receptionist were organized and efficient. I was seen by the tech first, had my vision evaluated and gave my history, and meditations. Than I went to another waiting room for just a few minutes and the doctor came for me. He was great explained what he was doing and why. Told me my results of his exam, his thoughts and suggestions for the future. He took his time and listened to me. I would recommend him to family and friends .

My experience with Dr.Dave is always good. She is good at explaining what is going on with my eyes, friendly and supportive. My problem was with general backup in patients appointments. My appointment was at 11am did not see anyone til 11:40 did not see Dr. until after 12:30 with leaving the building after checking out at 1:15. This may be caused by shortage of workers but is not an excuse. I know this isn't the normal problem but can mess up a patient's day.

I was to schedule a follow up in 6 mo. Dr Siminski had NO openings until 7 mo. I understand she has other administration responsibilities. Perhaps some of her patients should be given option of seeing another provider at Ross
