Dr Flynn and his office staff are outstanding.He is thorough and knowledgeable.We tried another office because of a "discount" and regretted it.No upselling and easy to deal with.Highly recommend!

The receptionist Michelle is INCREDIBLY RUDE. I needed to reschedule a second time unfortunately and she started drilling me demanding to know WHY I needed to reschedule...then told me it's best I go elsewhere! I have never been spoken to this way by any business. A shame because Dr.Flynn was very nice and thorough during my first exam and my family have been seeing him for over a decade. This miserable lady should not be dealing with clients. Leaving this review because Dr. Flynn should know this is how his customers are being spoken to.

On a scale of 1 to 5. Dr. Flynn and his staff are a 10! Dr Flynn asks the right questions and actually listens to your answer. He is thorough and caring. I would highly recommend his practice.

Absolutely love this office. Doctor Kirk Flynn, as well as his staff, have been nothing but pleasant to me. I have been coming here for at least 15 years and you couldn't expect better care from a doctor.

I will echo what other people said here. The front staff is an absolute nightmare. Extremely incompetent and inefficient and at times just downright nasty. Never saw the doctor because the front staff made a poor enough impression on me that I decided to go elsewhere. Nobody has time for this nonsense today. Get it together. If I could put 0 stars I would.

I don't recommend this office. I had nothing but problems on two separate occasions more than a year apart. The staff is surly and lacks basic customer service skills. The doctor is competent and pleasant, but I would not trust the front office staff to my eye care as they seem entirely uninterested in your welfare. Poor attention to detail and no ownership of serious mistakes made this a very disappointing experience.

I've been going to Dr. Kirk Flynn since I was a kid. For 2-3 years I couldn't go to him due to insurance/location and went through 4 other eye doctors in that time. He is the best eye doctor I've ever had.

I have brought my family to Dr. Flynn for the past 10 years and he and his staff are friendly and professional. I would definately recommend him to anyone.
