Dr. Trivedi has been our family eye doctor for 31 years. He is thorough, attentive, and an extraordinary communicator. He remembers family eye history and helps plan for future eye health. We will not go anywhere else!

Terrible. I called to schedule an Eye exam for my son, person who I was talking with asked me if it was to reschedule the appointment that was missed 3 days ago. I told her I didn't know that an appointment had been scheduled. I asked when it was scheduled and by whom, she told me it was scheduled a year ago by an employee who no longer works there. I asked if they normally send a reminder to patients and she told me that they call. I never received a call or email or text. So maybe that's on me, but my son's contacts are almost out, he needs an exam before they'll give him a new Rx and she tells me the first appointment is in June. I made an appointment with another optometrist for this Saturday.

My god since Rochester Regional took over the customer service here is horrible. Today I drive there for my diabetic eye exam scheduled a year ago and they tell me it's cancelled. They tell me they called me in Oct and Nov and my voice mail was full. It isn't. It wasn't. No additional effort. No I'm sorry to you. Since my eye doctor retired and I see whoever is available it should have been easy to SEND ME A LETTER tow months ago if you couldn't reach me. I'm billing them for my time. How about someone starting with. I'm sorry ???

Yesterday I had my eye exam. Upon arrival the front desk seemed annoyed by my presence and it continued to go downhill from that point. My insurance has changed since my last visit. I let the front desk know this and let them know I don't have my vision insurance from my job BUT I was okay paying out of pocket and understood that was a risk I was taking. I also let her know I don't have my ID because it was lost and expired so I needed my eye exam. She was visibly irritated with me. She called over her manager and was slightly more pleasant in the manager's presence. The manager had said it was fine. I reassured them I was okay paying out of pocket. Then, when I was being checked out I stood there for a couple minutes and someone noticed and had me go back to the check in desk. She was even more irritated with me because I had said I needed documents for the DMV. She said they couldn't send a copy of my eye exam to the DMV because I didn't have my license and was very harsh with her tone which I really didn't appreciate but I continued to remain calm and kind which didn't help. She was visibly angry but got me a form from my doctor and I waited awhile patiently. She gave it to me and said I had to go in person to the DMV. That's also not true I just renewed online with the paperwork she gave me. I thanked her profusely and she was cold and rude. I said to have a good day and she didn't reply. It's safe to say this will be my last visit there. I have enjoyed my providers but this left me feeling very disrespected and angry. I'll gladly pay my fees to the practice and move on.

Dr. Trivedi is excellent. He is very thorough, caring and you always leave feeling that you have spent quality time with him. My wife and children also go to him.

Such a great staff who take an interest in you! Dr. Trivedi is a gem! He is genuinely interested in his patients. I brought my wife to an appointment and he stopped by in the waiting room to say hi to me. He is thorough in his work, and clearly explains what's going on. Perhaps my favorite medical person ever.

Dr. Trivedi is a professional; he's thorough and a good communicator!

Dr. Trevidi is an excellent practioner, and one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I have ever known.
