Dr. Shalini Kapoor

I scheduled an aesthetics consultation with Dr. Kapoor. I was required to have a covid test because I would be taking my mask off for her to see my skin. Fove days prior, I had to go out in a snowstorm because that's when I had to be tested. Roads were so bad, even my work had shut down. I trecked in for my test and eye care had sent the wrong date for me to be tested. I had to call the office and wait 15 minutes for them to fax over the correct appt date. Obviously not the doctors fault, but reflects on the office. Day of consult, I liked dr Kapoor. She recommended many more things than I had asked for and was excited to get things done. She said she didnt deal with prices but they would send me an estimate. I asked her to break up the suggestions into different prices so I could decide what to do first. I never received the estimate. It's been about 6 weeks, which is plenty of time. So, not only did I waste my time with the covid test, but also with the consult. Maybe it's the offices fault, but I wont be dealing with them, again

I have been seeing her for a year and she is very friendly and knowledgeable.
