Staff is wonderfully helpful, although they are scheduling further out and are obviously busy they make sure your actual visit feels like a priority and they take the time to explain, answer questions, and offer suggestions. The frames I ordered arrived super quickly too! Very happy with the care and glasses I've gotten from them.

Associates were very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to find discounts and coupons to help with the cost of my appointment and my new glasses. The doctor, although remote, was extremely attentive to my needs and answered questions about my vision. He took the time to really dial in my prescription for much better vision.

Was not very happy with the Plattsburgh branch. Had their virtual Dr who was awful. Brought my own frames and had updated script put in and needed new nose pads on. They were wrong for the frame and now do not fit on my face correctly. I had my contacts on so could not see how fit on and the man who looked said was perfect. No they weren't. I am going back on the 26th of Dec and they need to correct the mistake. The glens falls branch is wonderful and will go back there next time. Choose this branch because I am in Plattsburgh a lot and was more convenient for me. What a disappointment.

The bogo sign is way on the last window going into. Store. I didn't see it. The associate did tell me about it. He measured my eyes asked if I wanted insurance Little small talk that was it. Very fast.

Overall my experience was very good. It took 2 months to schedule with an in person Dr as opposed to telehealth. She was 45 minutes behind schedule by 11 am and in a bit of a rush to catch up. Otherwise okay. I was very shocked by the price of the glasses even with a discount.

Hard to get an appointment, but that is everywhere. Managed to get a cancellation. Dr was there that day, even better. They were personable, quick, nice. Told me upfront what insurance covered. Third time there and this one was the best.
