My Order Was Quickly Fulfilled & The Girls -(Hannah Was The Young Lady WHO I Worked With-Tho EACH Young Woman I Encountered Was PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT, CARING, & Committed To Her Job! VERY IMPRESSED!) They ALSO Repaired My Glasses FREE Of CHARGE! WHO Does That Anymore?! I Offered A "Tip"-Each Girl "Declined"(-Graciously I Might Add!)& Suggested I Leave A Review Instead! Excellent and above all respectful service that met the best customer service quality standards widely accepted and mandated in the US and internationally. Friendly and cordial, employees gave me precisely what I wanted and needed, and rather quickly.
Being available New Year's Day when I happened to need the service and had my own time available was a great plus.
Great contrast to many places in Plattsburgh where employees serving customers cannot open their mouths without condescension, demeaning, abuse and just plain acting out.
Walmart continues to provide a safe and lawful place to shop.
Snotty aggravating little post-pandemic 20 and 30-something posers who are everywhere these days - do not seem to last long at Walmart. Thank the Lord!

Today I went to look at some sunglasses in that store and while I was looking a heavy set worker woman there she was looking at me like I was a criminal or homeless looking to steal something and she asked me very nastyly if I need help I said no, and while I was leaving
still looking with hate at me, she turned and talked to the other worker there said something to her and the other one looked at me. And she looked what I have in my hands like I went there to steal something. I think this is because I'm a man and how I looked or something like that. Is probably the woman's superiority and hidden hatred of men. That woman is consumed by it,by her pride and hate. I see this in every aspect of life here in America. Will never set my foot in that store. It's repulsive and disgusting to me. I would give half the star if I could or none.There should not exist workers like that dealing with people. I don't know how they stay in business??!!

I simply cannot say enough nice things about this vision center. The new Doctor is so incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. The ladies out front are AMAZING! Everyone is just great. I highly recommend using this center. They even fit me in to have glass removed from my eye and it only took about 15 minutes and cost a fraction of what the emergency room would have been. Love this Doctor and the staff. Thanks so much for all of your good work.

The eye exam was quick, no bs to deal with, which is the only reason I have the extra star.
However the doctor was a little creepy, calling me a little girl (I'm almost 30), telling me I have pretty eyes and beautiful lips. I don't see why he had to repeatedly point that out to me but it left a very bad impression.
I was very uncomfortable and I wished he talked a little more like a professional and less like a creep. I don't recommend this place.

Great experience from the eye exam to my glasses purchase. In fact I just went back to purchase a pair of prescription sunglasses as well. The associate, Samantha, was awesome. Very cordial and gave great service ....again! She is definitely an asset to the vision center. I highly recommend.

I was having problems because of insurance but she kept looking into it and figured it out for me. Thank you so much for your help.
