DO NOT GO TO THIS EYE DR!!! They do not care about their patients. After waiting months (made appt. in September for January of next year) to have an appointment, the office left me a message (the week of Christmas) that they had to cancel and reschedule my appointment. This was in December of 2025. I still haven't heard from them to reschedule my appointment. In previous instances my contacts took several months to come in. When I called the office, frustrated by how long it had taken, the receptionist laughed at me and said the contacts had been there. The place is always empty but somehow they can't keep patients scheduled. Don't waste your time.

They say they will call you back and they don't. Tell you when you call about your kids appointment all I get is oh the book isn't in front of me. Still waiting for a call back on my kids eyeglasses they won't even call the kids insurance. If this keeps up then I guess their has to be someone to call. My kids have only been going here for 2 years. All I've had was issues.

Went there today for an eye exam for myself & my son. The doctor was great with both of us. She was friendly & explained everything. The receptionist even helped us decide on glasses, as well! We were in and out of there in under an hour. Unlike at Eyecare, when we were there for over 4 hours for one eye exam for my other son. Would definitely recommend! We won't be going anywhere else from here on out! Thank you for your great service & wonderful experience!

Refused to honor warranty for lenses. I purchased out of pocket scratch proof transitions/progressive lenses for over $300 which came with a year warranty. When they got a scratch in my line of sight, I brought the glasses into the shop and Tom said they would replace them under warranty and they'd be in the 10-14 days. After three weeks I called and the receptionist said Tom never put the order in. She said she'd fix it. Two weeks later I called again. The receptionist said that Tom would get back to me and he would have to check to see where they were because they were late. Another two weeks goes by, I called again. Same excuse - they weren't in yet and they would call when they arrived. No calls, no lenses, no help at all. We went back-and-forth like this for the last 6 months. I am beyond disappointed at being lied to. Now I have to go somewhere else and get new lenses because their word means nothing.

Visiting family from way out of town & broke my Silhouette frames. They had me in and out in under 30 minutes with a complete repair and charged me less than my own optometrist would've charged me. Long time family owned business that knows the importance of treating customers well. I only wish all of my shopping experiences were this positive.

I went there to just get a prescription. Everything was great until they learned I wasn't going to buy glasses at that time. The demeanor instantly chilled, and the doctor gave me one prescription and the optometrist another. My pupils were dialated, so I couldn't tell at the time (also, they didn't ask if I had someone to drive me home - an hour's drive). When I asked for my measurements (so that I could comparison shop - I'm paying out of pocket and I told them so) the optometrist looked at me like I was crazy. When I called and asked for what was written in my chart, they called back three hours later and told me to disregard what the doctor wrote and go with what the optometrist wrote, and when I asked why they hung up on me. When I looked through my personal records, I found that the optometrist wrote down my old prescription - not the new one. Horrible experience - will not go there or recommend them to anyone.

Amazing selection of sun glasses! I don't have a prescription and just went in there to look at there sun glasses and the staff was able to put together a custom pair of Oakleys at better prices than I could find else where.
