I had an appointment scheduled today February 11, 2026 even got confirmation on this past Monday of my appointment I get down there talk to the two girls behind the counter usually on their cell phone by the way. And they say we no longer take your insurance..poor poor management put down the cell phones and call your customers and explain about not taking insurance anymore.. I drove from Chester NY

Dr. Gordon and the techs were great. My issue is with the billing department (Mr. Markides). I was unaware that I had an outstanding bill which I thought I had taken care of at the time of service. I asked Mr. Markides for help multiple times so I could schedule a follow up with Dr. Gordon. Mr. Markides was very unprofessional and not responsive even when I explained to him I have blurry vision and needed this incorrect bill cleared in order to schedule an appointment.
