Greta doctor! Thoughtful professional and honest. What makes this office even better is his front desk staff - Gaby was helping me with contact lenses oder and her patience, knowledge of insurance side of things, courtesy, politeness - it was just 5 Star lux resort treatment. So thank you to Gaby and Dr Sklar - fantastic people and great office! They also have a decent selection of glasses, so will be coming back.

Been going to Dr Sklar for 40 years, my entire family are now patients here. Excellent care, staff and selection of eyewear. They always go above and beyond to help.

Took my family, son and future daughter in law and wife to see the doctor for much needed exams and new glasses. Dr. Sklar took an incredibly long time with each to give them a great exam . My wife, who has very complicated exam, could not have been more impressed. The choice of glasses was excellent and it was one of the nice optometrist offices I have ever seen. I have been going to Dr. Skylar for over 20 years and would definitely recommend him. Him and his team are always professional, helpful, and friendly. The office is clean and appointments are timely. I'll never go anywhere else for eye care.

I have been seeing Dr Sklar for about 14 years now. He can make a prescription by simply looking at how my eye looks through the lenses, better than I can by telling him which variation of lens is better. I am at the point in my life that I value my time at a crazy rate, and ~40 min drive one way is just unacceptable, but I could not find anybody as good closer to home. (I tried some optometrist in Ridgefield, CT.) Another thing about optometrists in my geographical area is charging unreasonable amounts for glasses: we are talking $500 for _just_ a frame with ~yr2017 prices, i.e. before the inflation. Frames and lenses here are reasonably priced, and I can always find a nice looking frame within $300 ~yr2023 (and I am picky!).

Dr. Sklar and his staff are amazing!! Always very friendly, attentive and comforting. Dr. Sklar is great, incredibly informative and forthcoming. The only eye Dr. that took the time to fully explain what was going on with my vision. Highly recommend him and his staff.

By far the best eye doctor I've ever been to. Takes his time with you and listens. We had been going to Warby Parker for years to get glasses. We got them from Dr Sklar this year and they are a world of different/better and we didn't pay very much more. We'll be coming back for years to come!

Doctor and staff are great! Selection is limited and hours could be better, being a working single mom it is close to impossible to get there - closed on Wednesday Sunday, and only open until 12 on Saturday. At least Thursday they have later hours though!
