Employee there totally messed up my frames while adjusting them. I had to go back 5 times and they couldn't get it right. I went to the visionworks store and they did it perfectly on first try....

Omg the store is completely different from when Morty was there the environment is so friendly when you walk in they are so nice I had and exam and the doctor was so sweet and answered all my questions they are all so patient here this is a big difference from the previous owner and store looks amazing now really updated feel. Hope to keep coming here for years!

Bought frames and had my existing lenses put into the new frames. The "optician / owner" only put the lenses in the frame which I paid quite a bit for , he couldn't be bothered adjusting the frames so I could see properly. After returning to let him know I can't read or see close distances with my lenses, which were fine before he transferred my perfectly fine lenses in the new frame. Seems once he got paid for the overpriced frames , he really didn't care if I could see and wasn't interested in making any frame adjusts, such as tilt or height of the frame which effects the lenses. I don't recommend trusting your eyes to this so called optician. You'll be sorry just like I was.
Morton, explain to me why my glasses were perfectly fine until you touched them ?!! Also, you scratched the lenses I might add. Maybe it's time to retire !!

I bent my glasses the other day and instead of trying to adjust them myself i took them into Morty. No big deal for Morty, he immediately fixed them in a few short minutes. While he was doing that I noticed he had a large selection of the new popular plastic frames and started looking around. Of course I found a pair I loved and had to have them!! It's just a short week later and I am sporting my new look!!

The best experience I ever had getting a eye examination and picking out a frame . Dr.Lee was very thorough first asking your medical issues and writing them down on your chart. Then the actual examination was a long process and factual, I didn't know I had cataracts in both eyes. All I know that she was wonderful and the gentleman at the counter was very nice. I recommend Mr.Optical very highly.
