Olivos Vision Center

I have been coming to this location since I was 7 yrs old, I am 34. They are amazing great knowledgeable sincere people. Best service, quality and products. I buy my glasses and contacts from them.

I visited Dr Olivo's vision center as a walk in after finishing work. I walked it at 5:45, left around 6:20 after filling out necessary paperwork and completing an in depth eye exam. The staff was very professional and polite. The equipment is quite modern and I was impressed with the virtual reality vision test. I'll keep coming here for my eye exams. Did not end up purchasing lenses from them but they have such a wide array.

I wish I could 0 stars!!!!! This place is the most rude illogical place I have ever seen!!! I got my son glasses there and the screw fell out of their product and now want to charge $3.00 for a screw!!!! This place is willing....no let me change that...DID lose 4 customers for glasses and contacts over a $0.05 screw!!!! What kind of people trade $2000.00 customers over a$0.05 screw!?!?!? And you want them to even come near your eyes?!?! One word of advice.....RUN RUN FAR AWAY!!!!!

I've been coming here for years ever since I've been a little girl and I've NEVER had a bad experience with them. This place is one of the best places you can go to!!! Most people who complain about this place haven't had an actual real experience here because everyone here does their job with love, especially being family owned working together. I am very grateful for them always helping me get my new glasses every year ever since I was little and even the rest of my family trust them. Now that I'm older they still help me to this day.

seeing alot of bad reviews that are most likely not true lol ive always had a great experience here the 2 girls at the front desk are really nice the doctor is patient and the selection of glasses are great maybe not the ones covered by insurance cause there isnt a big selection and the ones not covered by insurance can be a bit pricey but its fair the place is clean as well

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The Spanish owners are very rude and are only looking to give attention to cash buyers. I've never experienced such bad customer service in my entire life. Also, the doctor thinks he's God. Huge ego with awful patient skills, very unprofessional; get over yourself. Very poor inventory that is overpriced. They are in desperate need of new inventory and management. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I dont recommend this place at all. First they tell you a price about a contact lenses visit, and them they tell you to show you how to use your contacts is an extra 75 dollars. Their customer service is a 0 star you talk to one of the front desk and all of them answer. No privacy at all. Too expensive, i walked across the street to other eye doctor and the visit is way cheaper with no extra charge to teach you how to use the contact lenses you are buying.. olivos center has no stars from me and few people around me already told me about their service is not where you feel comfortable

No care what so ever for ppl that are getting glasses via insurance.....They only want and care about cash. Staff and service are the worst. Extremely rude and dismissive on the phone. And female employee by the name of B or so she says is her name is the rudest of all. Talk to customers as if there not ppl/human beings. Stay away from this shipwreck/Sinking ship......
